1- How would I know my order has been confirmed?

Answer: An e-mail & SMS will be sent once you've placed your order successfully. You can track your orders from the 'Track Order' section on website with the help of Order ID & Email ID.


2- I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do to get my Parcel?

Answer: The courier company delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next working day in case you miss a delivery.

You can check your SMS for more details on when the courier company will try to deliver your parcel again.


3- How to request for a replacement, when I will get it?

Answer: Please call a phone number (8800604895) written in Invoice to request a replacement and you need to send us back on same address written in Invoice. Once we get product in its original condition then you will get replacement in 5-7 Working days.


4- How to request return, when I will get my money back?

Answer: Please read Return Policy first and then make call on 8800604895 to request return.  Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will process the refund in 4-7 working days.
